What LoadLens is
LoadLens is a personal self-reflection and cognitive workload awareness tool. It is designed to help you notice patterns in how you experience mental effort, demand, and recovery over time by recording structured daily check-ins and generating plain-language reflections based on your self-reported data.
By using LoadLens you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
LoadLens is not a medical device
LoadLens is not a medical device. It has not been reviewed, cleared, or approved by any regulatory authority (including the MHRA, FDA, or equivalent) as a medical device, diagnostic tool, or clinical instrument of any kind.
The cognitive load scores and risk bands shown in the app are derived solely from your own self-reported inputs. They are not clinical measurements and carry no diagnostic meaning.
No medical, psychological, or mental health advice
Nothing in LoadLens — including check-in results, AI-generated insights, weekly reflections, or any other feature — constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
LoadLens does not replace consultation with a qualified health professional. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, significant distress, or concerns about your wellbeing, please speak with a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
The AI-generated reflections are produced by a large language model (OpenAI) and are intended only as a prompt for personal reflection. They should not be treated as expert opinion or clinical guidance.
